Fairly clean hotel with attentive staff at the receptionist. The a deluxe room was functional with minimalist interior design, the bed was extremely comfy. Unbeatable, strategic location in the traffic jam area. Short walk to Old Town, batu cave and the center of town. Excellent place for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Our room at Kip Hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the ample natural lighting from the corner windows. Despite a minor issue with a clogged toilet and shower, the overall stay was quite satisfying. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. I had only been at this hotel for a short time before suffering from a serious medical emergency. Nonetheless, the professionalism and care shown by the staff were exceptional. They were swift in their action and helped me promptly, even driving me to the hospital at one point. It was a stressful situation, but their quick thinking and hospitality likely saved my life. This venue is definitely the place for anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and soft pillows. The hotel facilities, including the infinity swimming pool and gym, were great. There was also plenty of parking available.
